Watch-Movies does not host, store, upload, or stream any video files on its own servers. All media is embedded or linked from third-party platforms. If you believe content accessible through this site infringes your copyright, we will act on a valid notice.

Filing a Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”. Your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL on this website where the allegedly infringing material appears, plus the source URL of the material itself.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

Valid notices are reviewed and, where appropriate, the linked or embedded material is removed or disabled, usually within 48 to 72 hours. We may notify the party who submitted the material so they have an opportunity to respond.

Important

Because we do not host files, removing an entry from this site does not remove the underlying video from the internet. You should direct your notice to the platform actually hosting the file as well. Knowingly filing a false or misleading DMCA notice can carry legal consequences, so please verify your claim before submitting.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with the same level of detail. We will forward it as required.
